Terms, Conditions & Usage

 

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

Please READ Carefully by purchasing this product you (herein referred to as “Client”) agrees to the follow terms stated herein.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

If Client elects to pay by monthly installments, Client authorizes the Company to charge Client’s credit card or debit card. If Client elects to pay in FULL, Client may pay by credit card or debit card.

REFUND POLICY:

This policy applies to ALL Electronic Digital PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint products offered by Return on Interiors®.

Return on Interiors® sells digital products in the electronic world. These products come in the form of an Adobe PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint digital file, provided to you for download.

Due to the intangible nature of a digital PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint product. Return on Interiors® has a strict refund policy.

There are no refunds for digital products.

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

Return on Interiors'® digital product is copyrighted and original materials that have been provided to Client are for Client’s individual and business use only with a single-user license. All intellectual property, including Company’s copyrighted program and/or materials, shall remain the sole property of the Return on Interiors®. No license to sell or distribute Company’s materials is granted or implied. By purchasing this product, Client agrees (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to Return on Interiors® and Kathleen DiPaolo, (3) Client agrees not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with the Company. Further, by purchasing this product, Client agrees that if Client violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of Client’s agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.

Return on Interiors® comes with a non-exclusive limited use license. Please read the terms and conditions for "Clients" below:

CLIENT MAY:

  1. Use the digital product for personal or business use, online and in print.

  2. Add, adapt or the digital files to fit your personal branding.

  3. Share them with your office team, design clients and trades that you work with.

  4. Use the digital product for multiple businesses for which the member is the sole owner.

CLIENT MAY NOT:

  1. Claim the digital documents as their own creation.

  2. Sell, loan, or give away the digital product or otherwise allow a third-party to use the documents in any way other than the way they are intended.

  3. Digital product may not be used for any offensive or illegal use.

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS:

  1. Copyright of the digital product remains with Kathleen DiPaolo, Return on Interiors® or the original creator of the images and is not transferred to Members.

  2. Credit/Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.

  3. Please use #returnoninteriors so we can feature your business!

  4. Purchasers acknowledge that Return on Interiors® and Kathleen DiPaolo do not make any representations or assurances of non-infringement and does not make claim to have received releases from any brands, designers, or manufacturers for use of products, registered trademarks, logos or intellectual property portrayed in the images. Members agree that neither Kathleen DIPaolo nor Return on Interiors® shall be liable for any damages resulting from the use of any of the images provided. 

FREE DOWNLOADS

By signing up to our blog/mailing list, you will receive free downloadable digital documents. Blog/mailing list subscribers are herein referred to as “Users.”) 

USERS MAY:

  1. Use the digital product for personal or business use, online and in print.

  2. Add, adapt or the digital files to fit your personal branding.

  3. Share them with your office team, design clients and trades that you work with.

USERS MAY NOT:
